CARRIERS, § 692 — evidence sustaining verdict for plaintiff in personal injury action. In action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he attempted to board streetcar at intersection, where there was sharp conflict in testimony as to whether streetcar was standing or moving at time of accident, and plaintiff alleged that while car was standing he took hold of center bar on rear platform with his right hand and placed his left foot on step when car started to move, causing him to fall to street, verdict in favor of plaintiff was not against manifest weight of evidence.
