ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

Before Marchiano, P.J., Dondero, J. and Banke, J.

The opinion filed January 12, 2012, is hereby modified as follows:

1. On page 1, in the first sentence of the second paragraph, the Code of Civil Procedure section citation shall be modified from "416.25" to "425.16," so that the sentence reads as follows:
Camera filed a special motion to strike under the anti-SLAPP statute (Code Civ. Proc., § 425.16), which the trial court granted in part.
2. There is no change to footnote 2.
3. On page 5, in the second sentence of the second full paragraph, the Code of Civil Procedure section citation shall be modified from "416.25" to "425.16," so that the sentence reads as follows:
Camera asserted these causes of action constituted SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) actions under section 425.16 because they arose in connection with his representation of Beverly in the dissolution action, activity protected under the statute, and because Thomas could not show a likelihood of succeeding on them.
4. On page 8, following the first sentence of the third paragraph, the Code of Civil Procedure section citation shall be modified from "416.25" to "425.16," so that the citation reads as follows:
(§ 425.16, subds. (b)(1), (e).)
5. On page 9, following the last sentence of the first paragraph, the Code of Civil Procedure section citation shall be modified from "416.25" to "425.16," so that the citation reads as follows:
(§ 425.16, subd. (e).)
6. On page 10, following the first sentence of the first full paragraph, the Code of Civil Procedure section citation shall be modified from "416.25" to "425.16," so that the citation reads as follows:
(§ 425.16, subd. (e)(2).)
7. On page 10, following the first sentence of the third paragraph the Code of Civil Procedure section citation shall be modified from "416.25" to "425.16," so that the citation reads as follows:
(§ 425.16, subd. (e)(2).)
8. On page 11, following the last sentence of the second paragraph the Code of Civil Procedure section citation shall be modified from "416.25" to "425.16," so that the sentence reads as follows:
We conclude the trial court took too narrow a view of what constitutes protected activity under section 425.16, subdivision (e)(2).

Marchiano, P. J.
