Before the Court is appellant's November 12, 2021 third motion for extension of time to file his brief. Appellant explains the extension is necessary because he is attempting to retain counsel.

We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief be filed no later than December 15, 2021.

We note the motion does not include the certificate of conference required by Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.1(a)(5). See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.1(A)(5). We caution appellant that any future motions shall include the required certificate. 1
