Appellant Kenneth James Jones has filed a notice of appeal from his judgment of conviction for the offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, an offense to which Jones pleaded guilty. The district court has certified that this is a plea-bargain case and that the defendant has no right of appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
