AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 112.1collision in private driveway, evidence. Plaintiff was properly awarded judgment for damage to his automobile caused by collision with defendant's truck, where defendant had been delivering milk to plaintiff for four years and was familiar with the private drive where the accident occurred, shrubbery obstructed the view but defendant failed to keep to the right when leaving the residence and collided with plaintiff approaching the house, at a point where the drive was 16 feet wide.

Appeal from County Court of Cook county; Hon. ALBERT E. ISLEY, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at October term, 1939.
