GARNISHMENT, § 75necessity of judgment against main defendant. Where the judgment in the original suit was reversed and remanded, and it furnished the sole basis for garnishment proceedings, the judgment of the court discharging the garnishee was affirmed.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. THOMAS J. LYNCH, presiding.

Judgment discharging garnishee defendant affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at October term, 1940.
