IN RE MACK B. YATES, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Mack B. Yates, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, asserting that the trial court, the district clerk, and the mailroom supervisor committed violations of constitutional laws, administrative procedures, the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.

The underlying case is Harris County et. al v. Mack B. Yates et. al., cause number 2014-67727, pending in the 113th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Michael Landrum presiding.

We deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Jennings and Lloyd.
