Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Damon Lee Wood, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking to obtain mandamus relief against the trial court for purportedly denying his motion to set aside his void indictment, conviction, sentence, and judgment.

The underlying proceeding is Damon Lee Wood v. State of Texas, cause number 568475, in the 183rd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Vanessa Velasquez presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
