This original proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2000-EM5-00118, styled State of Texas v. Thomas White, pending in the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable David Berchelmann, Jr., presiding.

Petition for Habeas Corpus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On June 7, 2005, relator filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. This court has determined that the relator is not entitled to the relief sought. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.3(j), 52.3(j)(1)(D), and 52.7. Therefore, the petition is DENIED. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.

For criminal habeas, use the term applicant. Tex.R.App.P. 3.1(d).
