IN RE ROLDAN A. VILLARREAL, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Rivas-Molloy and Guerra.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator Roldan A. Villarreal, incarcerated and acting pro se, filed two petitions for writ of mandamus complaining that he "requested the right to a[n] Exam[in]ing Trial" but the trial court "ignored the Petitions, and Indicted [Relator] . . . [t]herefore violat[ing] his Due Process.",

The underlying cases are State of Texas v. Roldan A. Villarreal, Cause Nos. 21-CR-1744 and 21-CR-1745, pending in the 10th District Court of Galveston County, Texas, the Honorable Kerry L. Neves presiding.

The filed petitions are virtually identical.

We deny both petitions for writ of mandamus.
