MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Irene Rios, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. DC-18-386, styled Gloria and Conrado Villarreal v. Germania Farm Mutual Insurance Co., et al., pending in the 229th Judicial District Court, Starr County, Texas, the Honorable Baldemar Garza presiding.

On April 27, 2020, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. After considering the petition and the record, this court concludes relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
