Upon consideration of Lorenzo Vieito, Jr.'s petition for review filed in the above cause, it is ordered that the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners is approved. Lorenzo Vieito, Jr.'s petition is hereby denied, and he shall not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time. Lorenzo Vieito, Jr. shall be disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of five years from April 18, 2018, the date of the Board's findings. NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED. CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, LAGOA, LUCK, and MUÑIZ, JJ., concur. A True Copy
