Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2005-CI-04778, styled Sandra Pape and Earl Pape, Individually and as Administrators of the Estate of Heath Pape, Deceased; and Arturo Ochoa Cadena, Jr. v. Union Pacific Railroad Company, et al., pending in the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas; however, the challenged rulings were made by the Honorable Janet P. Littlejohn, presiding judge of the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, and the Honorable Michael Peden, presiding judge of the 285th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus, supplemental petition for a writ of mandamus, and emergency motion for stay and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relator's petitions and motion are denied.
