IN RE U.L., Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 507th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2016-53465

Panel consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Zimmerer and Wilson.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

On November 10, 2021, relator U.L., filed a petition and, thereafter, an amended petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the amended petition, relator asks this Court to compel the presiding judge of the 507th District Court of Harris County, to "reverse its October 28, 2021 ruling denying Relator's Emergency Motion to Stay the Proceedings of the enforcement."

It is not clear from the mandamus record whether the associate judge (Honorable Jim Evans) or the district judge (Honorable Julia A. Maldonado) conducted the hearing on October 28, 2021, and denied relator's emergency motion to stay.

Relator has not established that she is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator's amended petition for writ of mandamus.
