MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Mark Trimble, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus requesting this Court to direct the respondent to "reverse the denial of Relator's Motion to Transfer." Relator has also filed a petition for writ of prohibition requesting this Court to prohibit the respondent from proceeding with the forcible entry and detainer action currently pending against relator.

The respondent in appellate cause number 01-09-00781-CV is The Honorable JimmySylvia of the County Court of Chambers County. The underlying suit is Ranjeek Kaurv. Mark Trimble, No. CV03585 (County Ct., Chambers County, Tex.).

The respondent in appellate cause number 01-09-00782-CV is The Honorable YaleDevillier of the Justice Court, Precinct One of Chambers County. The underlying suitis Ranjeek Kaur v. Mark Trimble, No. E10101 (Justice Ct., Pct. One, ChambersCounty, Tex.).

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus and the petition for writ of prohibition.
