MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator William Robert Thomas filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Galik's order denying a motion for new trial.

The Honorable Annette Galik, judge of the 245th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is In re Thomas, No. 2003-63273 (245th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus.
