PER CURIAMThe court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
Furthermore, our stay of the trial court proceedings in cause number 33186, styled Guardianship of Verna Francis Coley Thetford, an Incapacitated Person , pending in the 90th District Court of Young County, Texas, is hereby lifted.
