This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2018CV00153, styled SA Quad Ventures, LLC v. TCOE Inc., pending in the County Court at Law No. 3, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable David J. Rodriguez presiding.

ORDER

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Karen Angelini, Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice

On February 23, 2018, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief. After considering the petition and the motion for temporary relief, this court is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Relator's motion for temporary relief is also DENIED. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on February 26, 2018.
