MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 3625-CCL, styled In the Matter of the Marriage of Jesus Lozano Suday v. Olga Tamez Suday, pending in the County Court at Law, Val Verde County, Texas, the Honorable Stephen B. Ables presiding.

On October 16, 2020, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus, and later filed a supplemental petition for writ of mandamus. After considering both petitions, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petitions for writ of mandamus are denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
