MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, State Farm Lloyds, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Dorfman's September 17, 2003 order, compelling it to produce 50 reports prepared by one of its expert witnesses, Charles Mgbeike.

The Honorable S. Grant Dorfman, judge of the 129th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Andreas Klein and Marianna Klein v. State Farm Lloyds and Tom Johnson trial court cause no. 2002-05391.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
