Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Kevin Edison Smith, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking an order compelling the trial court to rule on motions he filed with the district clerk.

The underlying proceeding is Kevin Edison Smith v. State of Texas, cause number 15846, in the 344th District Court of Chambers County, Texas, the Hon. Randy McDonald presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
