Living Centers of Texas, Inc. d/b/a Memorial Medical Nursing Center, et al., Hilaria Johnson, et al. v. Living Centers of Texas, Inc. d/b/a Memorial Medical Nursing Center, et al., Rudolph C. Muniz, et al. v. Living Centers of Texas, Inc. d/b/a Memorial Medical Nursing Center, et al., Ruben H. Lopez, et al. v. Living Centers of Texas, Inc. d/b/a Memorial Medical Nursing Center, et al., Elia M. Reyna, et al. v. Living Centers of Texas, Inc. d/b/a Memorial Medical Nursing Center, et al., Mary Resendez, et al. v. Living Centers of Texas, Inc. d/b/a Memorial Medical Nursing Center, et al., and Irving Winston, Jr., et al. v. Living Centers of Texas, Inc. d/b/a Memorial Medical Nursing Center, et al., respectively pending in the 73rd, 131st, 150th, 150th, 45th, 224th and 225th Judicial District Courts, Bexar County, Texas, which cases were consolidated for purposes of discovery. The order challenged in this original proceeding was signed by the Honorable Joe Frazier Brown, Jr.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
On July 6, 2005, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency relief. The court has considered relators' petition and motion, and is of the opinion that relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency relief are denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Relators shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
