IN RE Margaret Landen SAKS

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2011-PC-3466-B, styled Margaret Landen Saks v. Marcus P. Rogers, A. Chris Heinrichs, J. Barrett Shipp and Heinrichs and De Gennaro, P.C., pending in Probate Court No. 1, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Kelly Cross presiding. --------

On January 11, 2016, relator Margaret Landen Saks filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's orders on a motion to abate and compel arbitration and overruling relator's objection to arbitration in the underlying proceeding. The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
