This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2019-CI-00620, styled Andrew Marvin Stock, as Next Friend of Dianna Sue Marable v. Reynolds Energy Transport, LLC; Reynolds Transportation, Inc.; Plains Marketing, L.P.; Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.; Plains Pipeline, L.P.; John A. Hayes; Vapor Point, LLC; John E. Meador Construction, Inc.; and Quality Pipeline Construction, LLC, pending in the 57th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable David A. Canales signed the order at issue in this original proceeding.

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING DISMISSED

On September 15, 2022, Relator Reynolds Energy Transport, LLC filed a Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss Petition for Writ of Mandamus asserting that the parties have reached an agreement to resolve their dispute. We grant the motion and dismiss this original proceeding.
