The court has considered relator's "Petitions for Expedited Peremptory Writ of Mandamus, Habeas Corpus & Prohibition and Emergency Motion for Temporary Orders Each Without Necessity of Bond and Affidavits in Support Thereof" and is of the opinion that the relief requested by relator should be denied.
