MEMORANDUM OPINION

On May 29, 2007, Isidro Martinez Ramirez petitioned this court for a writ of mandamus to compel a ruling on his petition for turnover relief pending in the trial court. This court determined that Ramirez presented a serious question that required further consideration, and issued an order requesting responses from the real party in interest and the respondent trial judge. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). The trial judge subsequently filed a response and a copy of a signed order, dated June 20, 2007, granting Ramirez's request for turnover relief in the underlying proceeding. This action renders Ramirez's mandamus petition moot. Accordingly, the mandamus petition is denied as moot.
