IN RE ENRIQUE QUIROZ, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Enrique Quiroz seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to vacate its order denying Quiroz's motion to compel a deposition of a State Farm Insurance Company representative and to require the trial court to grant the motion.

The underlying case is Enrique Quiroz v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, cause number 2016-02970, pending in the 190th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Patricia Kerrigan presiding.

We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Higley, Bland, and Brown.
