MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Jason T. Pegues, has filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus. We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.

The underlying case is State of Texas v. Jason Tyrone Pegues, cause number 94-DCR-026185, pending in the 434th District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas, the Honorable James H. Shoemake presiding.
