Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016-CI-21967, styled In the Matter of the Marriage of Cassie Teague Napiltonia and Joseph Anthony Napiltonia and in the Interest of N.N., a Child, pending in the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Peter Sakai presiding.

ORDER

Sitting: Marialyn Barnard, Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

On November 6, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief requesting a stay of the trial court's August 17, 2017 order. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and the motion for temporary relief are DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on November 9, 2017.
