IN RE JOSEPH NANCE, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Panel consists of Adams Chief Justice and Guerra and Farris, Justices.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator Joseph Nance has filed a petition for writ of mandamus arguing that the trial court's child support order is void.

The underlying case is Joseph Nance v. Atika Abdurrahim, cause number 2015-11750, pending in the 246th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Angela L. Graves-Harrington presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
