MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator, Hollee Mize, filed a petition for writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's November 2, 2020 order awarding attorney's fees to real party in interest, Christopher Schoettelkotte.

The underlying case is In the Interest of S.I.M.S., A Child, cause number 2013-12455, pending in the 257th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Sandra Peake presiding.

We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
