Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2006-CI-09725, styled Jane Doe v. The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, et al., pending in the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Larry Noll presiding. However, the Honorable Barbara Hanson Nellermoe, presiding judge of the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, signed the challenged orders.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relators' petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relators' petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. The stay imposed by this court's June 15, 2007 order is lifted.
