Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice
On October 21, 2013, relator filed a combined pro se petition for writ of mandamus and a petition for writ of habeas corpus. The court has considered relator's petitions and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED, and relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus is DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
It is so ORDERED on October 23rd, 2013.
