Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2003-CI-12821, styled Maria Gonzalez, et al. v. Dominic Mark Meza, M.D. and South Alamo Medical Group, pending in the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. However, the challenged order was signed by the Honorable John J. Specia, Jr., former presiding judge of the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
