Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator James McBride seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to rule on his request for a free record to use in pursuit of post-conviction relief.

The underlying cases are The State of Texas v. James Thomas McBride, cause numbers 48133 and 48134, in the 239th District Court of Brazoria County, Texas, the Honorable Patrick Sebesta, presiding.

We deny the petitions. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
