MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2012-CVQ-000161-D3, styled Texas Community Bank, N.A. v. Shirley Hale Mathis, Temporary Guardian of Carlos Y. Benavides, Jr. in Cause No . 2011-PB6-00008-L2 , and Leticia R. Benavides and Leticia R. Benavides v. Shirley Hale Mathis, et al., pending in the 49th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas, the Honorable Jose A. Lopez presiding.

On April 5, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief and emergency stay. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief are denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
