This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2005CVO000931C5, styled In the Interest of Victoria Salinas and Raymundo O. Salinas, III, pending in the County Court at Law #2, Webb County, Texas, the Honorable Jesus Garza presiding. However, relator represents that the challenged ruling was made by the Honorable Henry Schuble, visiting judge of the County Court at Law # 2, Webb County, Texas.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
