ORDER

PER CURIAM

B.J.S. ("Mother") appeals the trial court's judgment terminating her parental rights of J.T.S. ("Child"). Mother raises two points on appeal: (1) the trial court lacked clear, cogent, and convincing evidence to support the grounds for termination under § 211.447.5(3), failure to rectify; and (2) the trial court abused its discretion in finding termination was in Child's best interests. Finding the trial court's judgment was supported by clear, cogent, and convincing evidence, the trial court did not err in terminating Mother's parental rights under § 211.447.5(3), failure to rectify. We also find the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding termination of Mother's parental rights was in Child's best interests. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court's judgment.

All statutory references are to RSMo (2016), unless otherwise specified.

A written opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment of the trial court under Rule 84.16(b).
