This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2006-CI-08480, styled R. Wayne Johnson v. Katherine Beaumont, et al., pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Karen Pozza presiding.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On July 3, 2007, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. On July 13, 2007, the respondent filed an interim response to the petition. This court has determined the relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Therefore, the petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
