MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks exigi facias and mandamus relief to compel the trial court to rule on his application for writ of habeas corpus.

The underlying case The State of Texas v. William E. Johnson, cause number 1561332, pending in the 209th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Michael McSpadden presiding.

The petition for writ of exigi facias and mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
