MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Ali Jam, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Lisa Millard's November 4, 2004 order, which reinstated the case below after it had been previously dismissed.

The Honorable Lisa Millard, judge of the 310th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Ali Jam v. Saeedeh Momem, trial court cause no. 2002-59731.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
