MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant has filed in this court a motion for voluntary dismissal of this appeal. In the motion, Appellant states that he "no longer desires to pursue this appeal." We grant the motion and dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a).

Appellant's motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
