MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Anthony Osarinmwia Imade, filed in this Court pro se petitions for writ of mandamus asking that we order respondent to rule on evidence and motions that he alleges are before the trial court in cause numbers 1017099, 1017100, and 1017101. The petitions for writ of mandamus are denied.

Respondent is the Hon. M. McSpadden, Judge, 209th District Court, Harris County.

We direct the Clerk of Court to send copies of this opinion to the trial court and to Relator's attorney of record Charles Hinton.
