Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2018CI15792, styled Red McCombs Motors, Ltd. v. Brandon Hjella, pending in the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Mary Lou Alvarez presiding.

ORDER

On February 24, 2020, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator also filed a motion for stay, which this court granted in part on February 25, 2020. On March 11, 2020, the real party in interest filed a response. On April 13, 2020, the trial court signed a final judgment in the underlying case. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The partial stay imposed on February 25, 2020 is lifted.

It is so ORDERED on May 13, 2020.
