On Appeal from the 313th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2018-01779J

Panel consists of Justices Kelly, Countiss, and Rivas-Molloy.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellant, father, has filed an "Unopposed Motion for Voluntary Dismissal," asserting he "no longer desires to pursue this appeal." See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). No other parties have filed a notice of appeal, and no opinion has issued. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(c). The certificate of conference indicates that appellee, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, is unopposed to the motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5), 10.3(a).

Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f). We dismiss all other pending motions as moot.
