MEMORANDUM OPINION


In his petition, Appellant asserts claims against the district clerk located in Houston, Texas. In accordance with Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.201 (Vernon 1988), this court is not vested with jurisdiction. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DISMISSED.

No costs shall be assessed against relator because he is indigent.

The clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
