ORDER LIFTING STAY


This matter came before the Court on the Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay filed by the United States (Internal Revenue Service), and the Court issued its findings of fact and conclusions on February 10, 2004.

IT IS ORDERED that the United States' motion for relief from automatic stay is granted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, after March 8, 2004, the United States may seek appropriate orders from Chief U.S. District Judge A. Joe Fish to enforce the judgment in Case No. 02-CV-0112G, styled United States v. Hassell, in the U.S. District Court, N.D. of Texas, Dallas Div.
