IN RE Heron GUERRA, Jr. and Maria Guerra

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016CVF0015272 D2, styled Heron Guerra, Jr. and Maria Guerra v. State Farm Lloyds and Steven T. Dobbins, pending in the 111th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas, the Honorable Monica Z. Notzon presiding.

On May 11, 2017, Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On May 18, 2017, Relators filed a motion for emergency relief, requesting this court stay the trial court proceedings. This court has considered Relators' petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that Relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency relief are denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
