MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Eleazar Ramos Guajardo, as Administrator of the Estate of Maria Ines Valdez Gonzalez, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of an order signed by Judge Caroline E. Baker on January 20, 2004 denying his request to transfer venue of the consideration of an application for anti-suit injunction from the above court to the Probate Court of Hidalgo County. On June 30, 2004, we granted relator's motion for temporary relief and stayed the trial of the anti-suit injunction.
The Honorable Caroline E. Baker, judge of the 151st District Court, Harris County. The underlying lawsuit is Eleazar Ramos Guajardo, Individually and on Behalf of the Estate of Maria Ines Valdez Gonzalez, Eleazar Ramos Valdez and Maria Amparo Ramos Valdez v. Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., Gulf States Toyota, Inc., and McCall — T, Ltd., No. 2003-35548, in the 151st District Court, Harris County, Texas.
We deny relators' petition for a writ of mandamus and lift our stay order issued on June 30, 2004.
