Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Elyse Grubb filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's enforcement order signed September 12, 2017. Relator has now filed a motion to dismiss this original proceeding as moot.

The underlying case is In the Interest of C.S.C., A Child, cause number 2016-02373, pending in the 246th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Charley E. Prine, presiding.

We grant the motion and dismiss the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
